Vivian has been in the real estate business since 1991. Managing real estate portfolio for family, led to obtaining her real estate license in 1994. She is an active investor and owns properties in several states in the US. Growing up in Norway, she was involved with sales and accounting after obtaining a business and marketing degree. To further improve and offer extended services to her clients, she became a NAR Green Realtor in 2016. She is also a CCIM candidate (Certified Commercial Investment Management). Less than 1% of Realtors have this designation.
In addition to her real estate business, she is also a Licensed Interior Designer. Her company Interior Lighting and Design was founded in 1994. She has assisted homeowners and commercial clients with a wide range of services for over 23 years.
Her goals are to assist her clients with all aspects of real estate from the sale or purchase of a new home, or investment property, to remodel and project management. She is proud to be a referral based business for buyers, sellers, investors and financial institutions. Her extended resources include licensed contractors in and around Santa Cruz County.
