Kimberly has been a Santa Cruz resident for almost twenty years and in 2001 graduated with a bachelor of Art History from UCSC. She has a well rounded background in office, kitchen and international luxury marine management. Making the transition to property management seemed like a natural progression to take her organizational and staff management skills to the next level. Kim is dedicated to providing the best customer service money can buy, setting a high standard for comfort, profitability and efficiency. This is the standard she brings to her property management clients.
In 2015 Kim became involved in property management part-time and in 2017 became a licensed Realtor specializing in property management. She is currently taking property management accounts in Santa Cruz, creating diverse portfolio with both residential and commercial accounts.
Kim understands that physical space provides individuals and businesses the opportunity to define themselves and is excited to provide top-notch service in finding, managing and maintaining the spaces her clients need to thrive. In her free time Kim likes to travel, sail and practice yoga.
