Audra grew up in the Santa Cruz Mountains and graduated from UCSC in 2009 with a degree in Environmental Studies. She started at Lighthouse Realty as a Property Management Assistant in 2013. Her family has always owned rental properties, which has greatly contributed to her knowledge of real estate. In 2014 she became a licensed Realtor. After doing property management for a few years, she became Broker’s Assistant to Peter Cook and does her own real estate transactions as well. She enjoys assisting Peter and the other agents with marketing and transaction coordinating, as well as helping the office to run smoothly. In her spare time, Audra loves cooking, baking, going to the beach, and spending time with her family, friends and her dog Hank.
