I started living permanently in Santa Cruz County In the early 70's and commuted "Over the Hill" to Silicon Valley during the infancy of the computer industry, but soon got tired of the commute. I've always been involved with Real Estate in one form or another. I obtained my license in August of 1987. I am either remodeling my own property or helping Seller's to do the correct upgrades to obtain the best and HIGHEST SALE PRICE for their prized properties. Also some of my activities involve photography, SCUBA diving, & traveling abroad. We. Holly (my life partner) and I, love to travel to tropical places whenever we have time. Holly is a clothing designer extraordinaire (Hollymerritt.com). I'm totally involved with real estate and have accomplished numerous remodels including a minor land division. I work with Sellers and Buyers equally and have sold homes in Silicon Valley, Monterey County as well as all of Santa Cruz County. I've also worked as a part owner/shareholder of a Century 21 office in Santa Cruz. I would love to meet you and help you find your "Dream Home"!
